Australia

How I feel in Australia

In Australia, I feel so relaxed I could sit in a tree and read,

So free I could swing from a branch like a child,

So happy because the sun shines on me and I am near the sea,

So warm because only need light clothes and the sun dances on my skin

Like kisses.

In Australia I feel like singing, and spinning like a child being an aeroplane.

Here I can talk to like minded friends who never judge me

or require anything of me other than I am myself.

Here I can sleep without nightmares and starts or habitual insomnia.

I sleep with screened doors open and the breeze brings the ocean in to lull me,

And I sleep sound, waking to dawn birds among the rustlings.
